Before your first treatment, you’ll have a detailed consultation with our KONZEPT WEISS experts. They’ll explain the treatment process and determine your current shade. They’ll also take your individual needs into account if you have crowns, fillings, or similar dental work.
How can I pay in the store?
Depending on the location, our stores accept different payment methods. If you have any questions, please contact the store directly.
Do I pay the same price for a touch-up?
No! Our concept gives you consistently white teeth. That’s why you receive a REFRESH card after every treatment. With the REFRESH card, the same treatment costs only €69 within the next 3 months! – And that’s forever!
What parking options are available?
Public parking spaces are available on the surrounding streets near the store and Aachen City Hall.
There is also a parking garage on Seilgraben just nearby, approximately 400 meters away on foot.

Our professional teeth-whitening studio can be reached from RWTH Aachen University in approximately 5 minutes on foot (about 500 meters).
