Instructions on the Right of Withdrawal

Customers who are also consumers are entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal. Consumers are natural persons who enter into a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly cannot be attributed to their commercial or self-employed professional activity; see Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB).

 

-Beginning of the Instructions on the Right of Withdrawal-

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without stating a reason.

The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (KONZEPT WEISS Zahnaufhellung GmbH, Siemesdyk 60, 47807 Krefeld, info@konzept-weiss.de, or  by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

 Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

Unless the parties have agreed otherwise, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:

1. Contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the consumer’s personal needs,

2. Contracts for the supply of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiry date would quickly be exceeded,

3. Contracts for the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if their seal has been removed after delivery,

4. Contracts for the supply of goods if, after delivery, they have become inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we must repay to you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs arising from your choosing a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We may withhold repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.

You must send or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired. You bear the cost of returning the goods. You are liable for any loss in value of the goods only if this loss in value is attributable to handling by you that was not necessary to inspect the condition, properties, and functioning of the goods.
