General Terms and Conditions

(1) Scope of Application

The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop at the domain www.konzept-weiss.de. Customers may be consumers or businesses. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly cannot be attributed to their commercial or self-employed professional activity, see Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB). A business is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when entering into a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their commercial or self-employed professional activity, see Section 14 BGB.

The presentation of products in our online shop constitutes a non-binding product catalogue and not yet a binding offer to conclude a contract.

You may view our products from our range and add them to your shopping cart on a non-binding basis. You submit a binding offer to purchase the items in your shopping cart by completing the ordering process in full and concluding the ordering process. To do so, you must provide your order details (address, desired delivery and payment methods) and complete the ordering process by clicking the button “Order with obligation to pay”. Immediately after submitting your order, you will receive notification that your order has been completed and received by us. You will also receive a confirmation email summarising your order details. We accept the contractual offer with this confirmation email, but no later than when the goods are dispatched.

 

((3) Correction of Input Errors, Contract Language, Storage of the Contract Text

On the final screen before submitting your order by clicking the button “Order with obligation to pay”, all data relating to your intended order is summarised. Please carefully check all information you have entered here. Before submitting your binding order, you can correct input errors at any time by returning to the respective ordering step and correcting the data entered there.

The language available for concluding the contract is German.

We will send you the order details, our General Terms and Conditions and the cancellation policy in text form; we do not store the contract text in any other way. Please save the contract text yourself.

 

(4) Prices, Payment and Shipping

The product prices stated by us are final prices. They include all price components, including statutory VAT, plus shipping costs where applicable. The payment methods available in our shop will be displayed during the ordering process.

 

(5) Shipping Costs

 

For orders up to €49.99, shipping within Germany costs €3.90, and shipping to Switzerland or Austria costs €13.90 for orders up to €99.99. Shipping to all other countries costs €19.90 for orders up to €149.99. The specific shipping costs will be displayed during the ordering process.

We ship with DHL. Delivery takes 1-3 business days within Germany. Any differing delivery time and restricted availability will be displayed for the respective product. You also have the option of collecting the ordered goods from us free of shipping charges by prior arrangement.

 

(6) Vouchers

1. Value vouchers for the online shop can only be purchased in digital form and used in the online shop. To do so, simply enter your voucher code during the ordering process, and the voucher value will then be credited to you.

2. Value vouchers for the store can only be purchased in digital form and used throughout Germany in all KONZEPT WEISS stores. To do so, simply redeem your voucher code on site at the store, and the voucher value will then be credited to you. You will receive the voucher as a PDF by email within 24 hours of order confirmation.

3. Treatment vouchers can be purchased in both digital and physical form and used throughout Germany in all KONZEPT WEISS stores for a cosmetic teeth-whitening treatment. If you purchase a digital treatment voucher, you will receive it as a PDF by email within 24 hours of order confirmation. The purchase of a physical voucher incurs additional costs, which will be displayed to you in advance during the ordering process. The physical treatment voucher will be sent to you by post or parcel delivery via the shipping service provider specified during the ordering process.

4. Value and treatment vouchers are valid for 3 years. The 3-year period begins at the end of the year in which the voucher was purchased. Cash payment of the voucher value is excluded. If the value voucher is redeemed for only part of the amount, the remaining credit does not expire. The customer will receive a new credit or residual voucher for the remaining amount. This does not change the original validity period of the voucher.

 

(7) Right of Cancellation

Consumers have a statutory right of cancellation; details can be found in the cancellation policy. In addition to the statutory cancellation period of 14 days, we grant you a further contractual cancellation period. The cancellation period is therefore 30 days in total. 

The right of cancellation does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiry date would quickly be exceeded. The right of cancellation does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.

 

(8) Liability for Defects

Our goods are subject to statutory liability for defects. By way of derogation, the liability period for defects is reduced to 1 year from the transfer of risk if you are a business within the meaning of Section 14 BGB.

 

(9) Money-Back Guarantee

We believe in our products and guarantee you a successful treatment with our sets. You can find the guarantee conditions on the individual product pages.

 

(10) Final Provisions

If you are a business, German law applies to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

If you are a merchant within the meaning of the German Commercial Code, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law, our registered office is the exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from contractual relationships between us and you.
