Can I get advice on-site?
Before every initial treatment, you’ll have a detailed consultation with our KONZEPT WEISS experts. They’ll explain the treatment process and determine your current shade. They’ll also assess individually whether you have fillings, crowns, etc.
How can I pay in the store?
Depending on the location, our stores accept different payment methods. If you have any questions, please contact the store directly.
Do I pay the same price for a touch-up?
No! Our concept keeps your teeth white all the time. That’s why you’ll receive a REFRESH card after every treatment. With the REFRESH card, the same treatment costs you just €69 within the next 3 months! – And that’s forever!
What parking options are available?
Several parking garages are available in the immediate vicinity of our store. Parking options include the Stadtgarten Dortmund parking garage, the Karstadt parking garage in the city center, and the parking garage at the Theaterhaus. All parking garages are just a few minutes’ walk from our studio on Hansastraße, making it easy to get here by car.
Is KONZEPT WEISS® Dortmund centrally located?
Yes, our teeth-whitening store is centrally located in downtown Dortmund. Dortmund City Hall is just a 4-minute walk away (approx. 280 m), and Hansaplatz Dortmund is only around 300 meters away. Westenhellweg, one of Germany’s busiest shopping streets, and Thier-Galerie Dortmund are also about a 7-minute walk away. Dortmund Central Station is just 6 minutes away by public transport or around 14 minutes on foot. Dortmund City Garden, a central transport hub, is only 240 meters away. In short: KONZEPT WEISS® Dortmund is located right in the city center and is easily accessible on foot, by car, or by public transport.
Is the store easily accessible by public transportation?
From Dortmund Central Station, you can reach our store in just a few minutes by subway. Take the U47 line toward Aplerbeck and travel to the Stadtgarten Dortmund stop. The journey takes about 3 minutes (2 stops). From there, it is only about 240 meters, or a 3-minute walk, to our studio at Hansastraße 101. Alternatively, you can reach us from the central station in about 14 minutes on foot or around 5 minutes by car.
