However, please note that consuming staining substances such as coffee, tea, or nicotine will cause your teeth to become discolored again more quickly. You should also avoid eating, drinking, and smoking for two hours after the treatment. You may drink still water immediately after the treatment.

No, for ethical reasons, we do not whiten the teeth of patients who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or undergoing chemotherapy. No, neither your gemstone nor your piercing will interfere with the treatment. During the treatment, the lip piercing can be hidden under the lip and will therefore not be a concern. However, if you are considering removing your gemstone, it is best to do so before the bleaching, as otherwise an unbleached area will remain underneath it.
