How can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?
If you can’t make it to your appointment, you can reschedule it online or by phone. Cancellations are free of charge up to 24 hours before the treatment; after that, a €50 cancellation fee will be charged.

How can I pay for my treatment?
That depends on which store you would like to visit. It’s best to contact the store near you directly for more information.

Can I purchase gift vouchers for treatments in the stores?
Here you can purchase gift vouchers for the online shop, stores, and treatments. Alternatively, you can also purchase treatment vouchers in person at one of our stores.
