Where can I use these gift vouchers?
Gift vouchers for the stores can only be redeemed in person at one of our KONZEPT WEISS® stores.
How do I receive my gift voucher?
You will receive your gift voucher either directly in the store or conveniently by email within 24 hours of placing your order.
Can I also apply the gift voucher to products in the store?
You can use the voucher not only for treatments, but also for KONZEPT WEISS® products on site.
How long is the voucher valid?
Vouchers are valid for 3 years after receipt!
