We are absolutely convinced of the quality of our products and therefore offer you a guarantee on the results in addition to the 30-day right of withdrawal! If you are not satisfied with our products, you will receive a refund!

We guarantee that, following proper use of our products, your teeth will be whitened by at least 2 shades.

The guarantee may be claimed up to 30 days after receipt of the goods.

Our guarantee applies to all sets (Basic Set+ and All Inclusive Whitening Set+).

1. Before the first application, please take a photo of your teeth while holding the shade guide in front of them.
2. The photo must include a timestamp.
3. Now use the delivered product in accordance with the instructions for use.
4. After each subsequent treatment up to and including the 7th day, please take another photo while holding the shade guide in front of your teeth under similar lighting conditions. These photos must also include a timestamp.

Please now send the used product to us at your own expense, together with the above-mentioned photographic material. Please include the delivery note or invoice with the shipment so that we can assign it to your order. We will then review the product and photographic material and notify you of the result of our review promptly.

If the guarantee claim is accepted, you will be refunded the purchase price (excluding shipping costs). We will clarify the refund procedure with you by email.
