Can I get advice on-site?
Before every initial treatment, you’ll have a detailed consultation with our KONZEPT WEISS experts. They’ll explain the treatment process and determine your current shade. They’ll also assess individually whether you have fillings, crowns, etc.
How can I pay in the store?
Depending on the location, our stores accept different payment methods. If you have any questions, please contact the store directly.
Do I pay the same price for a touch-up?
No! Our concept keeps your teeth white all the time. That’s why you’ll receive a REFRESH card after every treatment. With the REFRESH card, the same treatment costs you just €69 within the next 3 months! – And that’s forever!
What parking options are available?
There are parking spaces nearby that require a parking ticket, as well as additional parking garages in the immediate vicinity.

Where is KONZEPT WEISS® Hamburg located in the city center?
Our professional teeth-whitening studio is located right in the heart of Hamburg city center, just a 2-minute walk from Gänsemarkt. Gänsemarkt underground station is practically right next to the store, approximately 50 meters away.
Jungfernstieg is about a 6-minute walk away, while Hamburg City Hall and Hamburg Rathausmarkt can be reached in around 11 minutes on foot. The Binnenalster lake, Colonnaden, and Neuer Wall are also in the immediate vicinity.
Hamburg Central Station can be reached in just 6 minutes by public transport, and Hamburg Dammtor Station is also easily accessible on foot.
In short: KONZEPT WEISS® Hamburg is located in the very heart of the city center, easily accessible and surrounded by Hamburg’s best-known landmarks and shopping streets.
How do I get to the store by public transportation?
Our studio at Neue ABC-Straße 10 in Hamburg city center is ideally connected to public transportation.
Take the U2 line to Gänsemarkt station and get off at our nearest stop. Simply use the “Finanzbehörde” exit, from which you can reach our teeth-whitening studio in just a few steps.
Alternatively, take the U1 to Stephansplatz (stop “Stephansplatz (Oper/CCH)”). From there, it is about a 5-minute walk along Dammtorstraße toward Gänsemarkt.
With the S-Bahn lines S1, S2, and S3, travel to Jungfernstieg and walk from there for approximately 10 minutes toward Gänsemarkt.
Several bus lines (4, 5, 19, 603, 604, 605, and X3) also stop directly at “Gänsemarkt,” just a few meters from our store.
