Can I get advice on-site?
Before every initial treatment, you’ll have a detailed consultation with our KONZEPT WEISS experts. They’ll explain the treatment process and determine your current shade. They’ll also assess individually whether you have fillings, crowns, etc.
How can I pay in the store?
Depending on the location, our stores accept different payment methods. If you have any questions, please contact the store directly.
Do I pay the same price for a touch-up?
No! Our concept keeps your teeth white all the time. That’s why you’ll receive a REFRESH card after every treatment. With the REFRESH card, the same treatment costs you just €69 within the next 3 months! – And that’s forever!
Where exactly is KONZEPT WEISS® Siegen located?
KONZEPT WEISS® Siegen is centrally located at Koblenzer Straße 53 in downtown Siegen. Siegen Central Station is only about 500 meters away and can be reached in around 7 minutes on foot.
The City Galerie Siegen shopping center and Bahnhofstraße Siegen, the main shopping street, are also just a few minutes’ walk away.
Siegen’s central Kornmarkt is about 850 meters away and can be reached in around 14 minutes on foot or 2 minutes by car. Unteres Schloss Siegen is also nearby, approximately 12 minutes away on foot.
Other well-known locations, such as Oberes Schloss Siegen and the University of Siegen, can also be reached quickly from the store by car or public transportation.
What parking options are available?
Several parking options are available near our store. Siegen Central Station is located in the immediate vicinity and has corresponding parking facilities. You can also park along the surrounding streets.
Alternatively, you can use the nearby Apollotheater APCOA parking garage. It is only about a 5-minute walk from our store and can be reached easily on foot.
How do I get to KONZEPT WEISS® Siegen by public transportation?
You can easily reach our store by bus and train. From Siegen Central Station, it’s only about a 2-minute walk to Siegen Central Bus Station.
From there, several bus lines, including R25, C103, C107, and C111, run to the Siegen Koblenzer Straße or Siegen Spandauer Straße stops. The journey takes about 2 minutes.
From the stops, our store on Koblenzer Straße is approximately a 1- to 2-minute walk away. Alternatively, you can reach the store from the central station in around 7 minutes on foot (approximately 500 meters).
