Terms and Conditions for the Instagram Giveaway

1. Organizer

The organizer of the giveaway is:

OKTAGON supports the giveaway as a cooperation and communications partner. The prizes are provided exclusively by KONZEPT WEISS Zahnaufhellung GmbH.


2. Participation Period

The giveaway begins on 22.09.2026 at 20:00 and ends on 25.09.2026 at 18:00.

Entries submitted after the participation period has ended cannot be considered.


3. Eligibility

Natural persons aged 18 or over who reside in Germany are eligible to participate.
Employees of KONZEPT WEISS Zahnaufhellung GmbH, OKTAGON, and their respective relatives, as well as all persons involved in conducting the giveaway, are excluded from participation.
In addition, the organizer reserves the right, at its own discretion, to exclude persons from participation if there are legitimate reasons, for example

(a) in the event of manipulation in connection with accessing or conducting the giveaway, (b) in the event of violations of these terms and conditions, (c) in the event of unfair conduct, or (d) in the event of false or misleading information in connection with participation in the giveaway.



4. Participation

The following requirements must be met to participate:

1. follow the Instagram account @konzeptweiss and the Instagram account @oktagon_deutschland

3. like the giveaway post and

4. tag one person in the comments.

Each person may enter the giveaway once. Multiple entries or participation via multiple accounts are not permitted.


5. Prizes

The following prizes will be raffled:
1 × 2 OKTAGON 94 VIP tickets 

10 × 1 Diamond treatment voucher from KONZEPT WEISS® for an 80-minute Diamond teeth whitening treatment, redeemable at all KONZEPT WEISS® stores throughout Germany.

Cash payment, exchange, or transfer of the prizes is excluded.

The vouchers can be redeemed at all KONZEPT WEISS® stores throughout Germany.


6. Winner Selection and Notification

The winners will be selected at random from among all valid entries after the prize draw has ended.The winners will be contacted exclusively via direct message from the official Instagram account @konzeptweiss and will also be announced in the Instagram Story of KONZEPT WEISS Zahnaufhellung GmbH.
Important: We will not contact you through any other accounts. In particular, winners should ensure that they do not provide personal data or payment information to other accounts. If a winner does not respond within 12 hours after being contacted, a new winner may be drawn.



7. Data protection

Personal data collected as part of the prize draw will be processed exclusively for conducting and administering the prize draw, unless separate consent has been given for further use.


8. Exclusion from participation

The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants from taking part if they violate these terms and conditions or attempt to manipulate the prize draw.


9. Modification or early termination

The organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the prize draw early for good cause if its proper execution cannot be guaranteed for technical, legal, or other reasons.


10. Liability

The organizer is liable only for damage caused by intentional or grossly negligent conduct, to the extent permitted by law. Liability for damage resulting from injury to life, body, or health remains unaffected.


11. Instagram/Meta

The prize draw is not affiliated with Instagram or Meta and is neither sponsored, supported, nor organized by Instagram/Meta.

Instagram/Meta is not a contact for the prize draw.


12. Final provisions

Legal recourse is excluded with regard to the drawing of the winners and the prize decision, to the extent permitted by law.
Participation in the prize draw constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
