The guarantee may be claimed up to 30 days after receipt of the goods.

Please take a photo of your teeth holding the shade guide in front of them before the first application.
The photo must include a timestamp. Now use the delivered product according to the instructions for use. After each subsequent treatment up to and including the 7th day, please take another photo holding the shade guide under similar lighting conditions. These photos must also include a timestamp.
Please now send us the used product at your own expense together with the above-mentioned photographic material. Please enclose the delivery note or invoice with the shipment so that we can assign it to you. We will then examine the product and photographic material and notify you of the result of our assessment as soon as possible.
If the guarantee applies, the purchase price (excluding shipping costs) will be refunded. We will clarify the refund procedure with you by email.
